Farm & Feast Crop and Dish Rankings

Farm & Feast does not ship a PvP ladder. It ships a pantry and a clipboard. The ranks on this wiki exist because players still search “best crops” and “best dishes” after the first awkward Open. Both child pages use evidence from official Steam screenshots of the demo: visible beds, recipe tiles, Menu prices, and market packs. They are not a 1.0 launch meta for 11 Nov 2026, and they will move when dummy dino adds numbers.

Open the crop tier list if you are staring at empty soil. Open the dish tier list if you are staring at locked menu slots. Then take those picks back to farming, cooking, and the market.

How we rank

A crop ranks high when:

• official art shows it on the teaching farm;
• a named recipe spends it (Tomato Soup, Rigatoni’s tomato icon);
• the market sells its seed at a sane price (Carrot Seed $2.97).

A dish ranks high when:

• the Menu UI prints a price and a remaining count;
• extras are knowable from Take Order;
• the pantry ingredients are farmable or cheap at the grocer (cream at $2.50, noodles at $16.00 for four).

A dish ranks lower when it is expensive, count-limited, or still a question mark in the recipe book. Ravioli at $13.97 with 10 remaining is not “bad” — it is a flex plate. Spaghetti at $5.36 with 30 remaining is how you survive a queue.

We do not rank fishing loot, Upgrade-tab mysteries, or unreleased full-game recipes. If a screenshot did not show it, it is not on the list.

How to use the lists in a session

1. Pin two S-tier or A-tier dishes you can actually cook.
2. Plant the S-tier crops those dishes spend.
3. Buy the dairy and grains the farm cannot grow.
4. After Close, only promote a B-tier dish if the pantry leftover is real.

That loop is the whole point of a cozy sim rank list: fewer panics, not a color-coded ego. If your star rating is healthy on “worse” plates, ignore the letters. The restaurant guide cares about extras and bills more than about Pho’s $10.46 sticker.

Demo caveat

Prices, counts, and even tab names can change between the 11 Sep 2026 demo and the 11 Nov 2026 launch. When Steam news or Discord posts a patch, the updates hub will note it and these ranks will be rebuilt. Until then, treat every letter as “best we can see in the public demo UI.”

Sibling pages stay short on purpose so you can compare them. Crops talk about soil and seeds. Dishes talk about the clipboard. Together they are the shopping list for the day planner.
